How long will an ordinary bulb last: if you turn off the light or with a constant glow?
Interested in the process of turning on and off the light. Some people argue that if the light is not turned off, i.e. with a constant glow, the bulb will last longer. I believe that on the contrary, I do not like it terribly when the light is on in daylight. I think that this can have a bad effect on human health. How do you think?
It depends on which light bulb. Incandescent and fluorescent lamps do not like frequent on and off! But LED anyway. Here another question is more interesting - which is more expensive: payment for a lamp consumed all day long or for the purchase of a new lamp. The included light during the day is unlikely to affect health, it affects when you work at night - then the biorhythms of the body can go astray.
