Is it dangerous to place the AVVG cable in a pipe with water?

I laid the AVVG 2 × 2.5 cable on the ground, initially passing it through a plastic pipe. At the moment, water has got into this pipe and it is constantly flowing there accordingly a cable in the water. The question is whether its double insulation can withstand water? Would she be short?

    The AVVG cable is not intended for installation in water. Therefore, it makes no sense to talk about whether the isolation will withstand or not. In your case, a dangerous situation has arisen, it needs to be addressed.
