Will the cross section of a copper cable of 5 * 4 mm.sq. be sufficient? to enter the house?

I plan to enter the house to buy an armored copper cable to bury in the ground. Wire 5 to 4 380v will such a section be enough? Distance about 30 meters

    Copper cable 5 * 4 mm.kv. able to withstand a load of 10 kW with hidden wiring. Calculate the total power of consumers in the house, if not exceed then use. It would be better of course to take with a margin.
