What does the E-02 error in the LG MC-7643D microwave mean?

Hello. I have a microwave oven LG MC-7643D, the oven stopped. When I turn on the convection program, it heats up, but does not bake, for some reason it does not hold the temperature, but cools quickly. And when I turn on the combi convection and microwave programs, then after 5 minutes the error E-02 is displayed. Help me please. The touch panel was changed - it did not help.

    Hello! Have you tried first warming the oven in convection mode before cooking? It is enough to warm the microwave for 3-15 minutes, depending on what temperature. The manual does not explain anything sensible about this error, you need to ring the chain.
