What to do if a 10 A circuit breaker is knocked out

In the new studio apartment, in the apartment panel, parallel to the 63 A input box, I installed a 10 A box for a dedicated line on the refrigerator. Double checked by turning on a 550 W drill, everything works. From the third time, the machine began to knock out. How to fix it?
