What should I do if my neighbor is connected to my wiring?

A neighbor electrician in the new house wired us. And through our apartment (there is a suspicion), I spent myself wiring. What to do?

    Hello! Turn off all consumers and see if the light on the meter blinks, if it blinks, there is consumption, or measure the current with ticks. If there is consumption, go to a neighbor and talk about unauthorized connection to the power grid, bypasses of metering devices and other delights of power supply, even if you cut the wire and open the wall. If you don’t agree, contact the management company (or which company sells electric energy to you) and describe the situation, including legal proceedings.
