What to do if LED lamps constantly burn out?
Hello, LED lamps of different manufacturers burn out. In the shield, RN-104 was installed for each phase, the situation did not change, although 3-5 pcs began to burn out, without LV 10-15 pcs started to burn, what could be the problem? The lamps last for 3-5 weeks, initially the lamps were changed under the guarantee from the manufacturer, then they started buying lamps from different companies and still burn out. A good company did the electrics and they cannot give an exact reason, someone is sinning on lamps, someone is on power surges, there is no exact answer. P.s: non-residential premises, 60 lamps, 3 phases, 13 kW, from electrical appliances only a computer and a kettle.
You can try to install varistors parallel to the lamps, it may help, but this is not accurate. What is the mains voltage? The LV will not save from surges, as it will simply shut off when the voltage output is lower or higher than the specified limits. You can also try installing a voltage regulator on the lighting.
Well, if this does not help, a reasonable solution would be to put ordinary fluorescent tube lamps connected through chokes with starters.
