Will the RCD in the shield work correctly?
Good day guys, the question is: a 380 V metering panel in the garage. 3 loads of 220, a two-pole circuit breaker, a voltage relay enter the house. Now the essence of the question is: if it is established by the sequence of RCDs it will work correctly for consumers? Thank you very much for your site, everything is written interestingly and clearly.
Install RCDs on those 220 V lines where protection is required. When choosing an RCD, consider the rating of the circuit breaker on the line - the RCD must be designed for a load current that is higher than the rating of the machine (the closest larger rating). It should work correctly if the RCD is initially in good condition.
