The circuit breaker is on, but there is no light - what should I do?

We closed the phase and zero from the outlet. Knocked out machines from the home guard. Turn on, still no voltage. The apartment building. What to do?

    If the machines are turned on, but there is no voltage in the outlet, this means that damage to this wiring line. The cable could burn out at the point of connection to the outlet, at the junction in the junction box, or the cable core in the wall could break. Invite an electrician to find the fault and fix it.
